Amy Harper, LMFT
FounderAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Amy helps women and couples cultivate deeper consciousness, self-awareness, authentic connection, and meaningful relationships. Through a depth-oriented approach, she fosters insight, emotional growth, and self-exploration, empowering clients to gain valuable skills that help strengthen their relationship with themselves and others so they can live with greater authenticity, purpose, love, and fulfillment.
ClinicianTeddi Plummer, LPCC
Teddi is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over 12 years of clinical experience treating mild to severe mental illnesses in children, youth, adults and older adults. She is empathic and offers encouragement to her clients that assists in fostering hope and successful counseling outcomes. She is certified in EMDR and DBT for treatment of trauma and PTSD. Teddi has experience in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, ODD, schizophrenia, bi-polar and cooccurring disorders that include substance/alcohol abuse and behavioral addictions. Through utilization of various coping strategies, clients are often empowered to cultivate peace, hope and confidence to achieve overall well-being and quality of life. Teddi is also supportive of clients who view their faith and/or spirituality as a significant tool in the recovery process.
ClinicianKristi Creed, MSW, PsyD.
Dr. Creed is a culturally responsive Psychological Associate with over 10 years of experience serving children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. She provides evidence-based therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs while honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Her specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, autism assessments, life transitions, and personal growth, fostering resilience and lasting change.
Harsha Mehta, APCC
ClinicianAs an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, Harsha provides compassionate, trauma-informed, and client-centered therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families. She tailors treatment to each client's unique strengths and goals, utilizing evidence-based approaches including play therapy, sand tray therapy, art-based interventions, and caregiver collaboration. Harsha is passionate about helping clients navigate life's challenges, build resilience, strengthen coping skills, improve self-esteem, and foster emotional well-being. She strives to create a safe, culturally sensitive, and inclusive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Adrienne is an Associate Clinical Social Worker with nearly 20 years of experience. Having worked in both mental health and the medical field, she has experience working with clients ranging from early childhood to end of life. She works to empower clients to better recognize their strengths and develop the confidence needed to create the change they are seeking in their lives.

Ashley is a clinical associate that welcomes your full, complicated self to the therapy room, especially the parts of you that you may feel have nowhere else to go. Whether you're carrying grief, shame, uncertainty, anger, or simply the feeling that something isn't quite right, Ashley creates a collaborative, supportive space where you can safely explore who you are now, navigate life's challenges, and discover new possibilities for healing, growth, and hope. Her special interests are grief, perinatal mental health, and life transitions.
